Description

Total stock control of warehousing stock: finished goods, raw material, chemical and returnable stock. Documenting and capturing of all stock received in SWD Warehouse and movement in the warehouse, between warehouses, to clients and returns. Stock counts, and stock control procedures.

Responsibilities
• SAP processing on the following: Goods received from suppliers, returnable sent back to suppliers, customer returns. Double checking of all documents received by receiving.
• Total stock take control, cycle counts, and stock takes.
• Capturing the previous day’s production
• Handling all transfer errors.
• SAP processing of requisitions and transfers, managing internal department Smartsheet.
• Handling Debtors /Creditors queries
• Ensuring rework admin (rework summary capturing) was done. Stock conversions from packed to bulk.
• Managing Returnable and transfer Warehouses
• Reporting and driving of housekeeping.
