Light Motor Vehicle (Code 8) Driver

Location : Port Elizabeth

Job Summary : The Light Motor Vehicle Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and passengers using a Code 8 vehicle.

The ideal candidate should have a valid Code 8 driver's license and a proven track record of responsible driving. The role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

Safe Driving :
• Operate light motor vehicles in a safe and defensive manner, adhering to all traffic rules and regulations.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and report any issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior.

Route Planning :
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Familiarize oneself with the geographical layout of Port Elizabeth and surrounding areas.
