Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Select and nurture relationship with medical distributors covering dental cabinets in order to drive ZOOM (teeth whitening lamps and gels ) and Philips Sonicare (Rechargeable Toothbrush) sales, setting up distribution flow
• Investigate what fits best for long term partnership development and tools to drive sell out performance within dental cabinets
• Handshake quarterly with partners on Joint Business Plan defining KPIs to develop the business
• Decide what we sell, where we sell and build 3 years strategic approach
• Manage distributors to ensure ZOOM distribution in other countries
• Cooperate with marketing team to reflect brand strategy in the channel
• Interact with healthcare professionals, dentists, and win ambassadors to drive product recommendation
• Reach associations that have a voice within dental communities
