Factory Manager- Plastics Factory-Malawi.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Factory Manager to oversee operations at our plastics manufacturing facility mainly PET preform and bottles, flexible printed packaging, house hold injection moulded items located in Blantyre Malawi, the factory manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the factory, including production, quality control, safety, maintenance and workforce management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastics manufacturing and a proven track record of successful leadership in similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee all operations within the plastics manufacturing facility, ensuring production schedules are met and products are manufactured to high quality standards.
