SAFETY & COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Blue Islands is seeking a Safety & Compliance Manager to join our team based at Jersey Airport.

With 100-strong team, five aircraft and 900 flights per month, covering the Channel Islands, UK and Europe, safety is our number one priority at all times.

The Safety & Compliance Manager will manage, develop and evolve our SMS (Safety Management System) together with nurturing our safety culture which is embedded in the fabric of Blue Islands.

Together with ensuring rigorous compliance with regulation, company procedures and safety policies at all times, including monitoring legislation changes and trends, the Safety & Compliance Manager will objectively and rationally analyse situations to identify risks and manage the correct implementation of mitigation measures and actions.
