your day to day:

Reports directly to the Front Office Manager and communicates on all issues related to guest service and hotel operations.

Be familiar with the hotel, including schedule, fees, dishes offered by various restaurants, and assist guests in making reservations.

Know the information of the city in order to advise guests when they need it.
