Duties and Role:

Service Delivery Support
• Assist the Change Coordinator during the Approved Service Interruptions process.
• Creation and maintenance of a database Services delivered (for example phones extensions number) per customer
• Active services obsolescence management including customer engagement
• SLA and SSP Tracking

Reporting
• Extract simple Excel reports from EBA or from ITSM
• Update the Balanced Scorecard with the metrics extracted from EBA, ServiceNow and ITSM
• Services utilization reporting
• Preparation of Monthly Business Review

EBA
• Creates Purchasing Requests (PRs) in EBA
