EvereAs a Customer Success Manager, you are dedicated to ensure that customers not only use the product and services offered by WHISE effectively but also achieve their desired outcomes, fostering long-term satisfaction and loyalty. You smoothly onboard new customers on the platform, you closely follow-up and monitor the customer’s installation and provide proactive support and guidance, you train and advise customers, you help them embrace the digital transformation so that they derive maximum value from their investments.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Serve as the primary partner of our customers and help them increase the adoption of our solution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business goals and challenges.
• Proactively address customer issues, gather feedback, and provide timely solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
