( MRO & Office Supplies) 1.Liaise with CPC to set up sources of supply, agreed prices conditions & term of payment on all required part.2.Establish delivery schedule by taking into consideration vender lead time, standard packaging, economy of mass delivery and storage apace so as to minimize stock carrying cost and Raw Materials Inventory days.3.Expedite P/O confirmation for urgent parts, make capacity booking while waiting for approval of part to ensure minimum production downtime.4.Ensure proper input pf information on selected vendor, agreed price, term and conditions of payment onto computers so as to ensure smooth following up of purchases for production.5.Follow-up review of purchase progress/lack of materials review and assisting in follow-up.6.Timely clearance of MRB, DA/DP item within set time frame.Provide guidance to the other officer required.7.Accepting female only More Detail
