Operations Assistant (Rajagiriya)

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming goods.
• Collaborate with team members to conduct regular stock checks and reconcile variances.
• Work closely with the purchasing team to fulfil internal and external orders.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining a neat and orderly storage area.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments regarding inventory levels and requirements.
• Assist in generating regular reports on stock levels, consumption, and trends.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Learn and implement best practices for the safe handling and storage of inventory.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A basic understanding of inventory management principles is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
