**Description**
- Complete management of own claims files from initial notification to reimbursement and closure of the file, whether or not after exercising recourse:

- Analysis of elements/facts after claim notification, correct entry of new claim files in an internal system based on data received from insured and/or broker;
- Appointing and directing an expert if necessary and further follow-up in consultation with broker;
- Internal reporting of important claim files to the production department, management, head office and in-house risk management team;
- After settlement of the claim, assessing the merits of the claim and, if necessary, initiating and proactively following up recovery actions against liable parties.
