Job Responsibilities:
• Lead to solve customer plant on-site problem in a timely manner including, but not limited to: warehouse, logistic, delivery, customer production issues；
• Collaborate with CQE/RQE to collect, resovle production issue, communicate with customer of CATL, to mitigate issue impact；
• Build deep contact with customers, establish good customer relationship, and enhance customers' perception of our company's services；
• Gain insight into targeted dynamics, obtain first-hand information, and support SPP in achieving new project targeting and business expansion.
