Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef at The Residence in Mogadishu. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and managing kitchen staff. They will ensure high-quality and consistent food production, maintain food safety and sanitation standards, and manage inventory and cost control. The Head Chef will also collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and continuously improve the dining experience.
