JOB SUMMARY
Responsible to monitor the Corporate Compliance and Data Privacy Program. To
Ensure that all business operations are in accordance with the laws and
regulations.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Compliance Responsibilities
 Develop and implement effective legal compliance program
 Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries
and compliance violations.
 Ensure compliance with government regulatory agencies and legal
requirements as well as internal policies and bylaws.
 Coordinate with other departments to identify compliance issues and direct
them to the right channels for further investigations.
 Consult with a corporate attorney to resolve the compliance issues.
 Train employees concerning the company's compliance program.
Data Privacy Act Responsibilities
 Guides the company and employees how to be a DPA 2012 compliant
 Create internal policies and make sure the company is following in
accordance with the guidelines.
