NOTE: WITH SATURDAY SCHEDULE
• Research and purchase of land in the Davao region
• Sales and marketing of housing, or perform as broker when needed
• Manage sales activities of brokers and agencies
• Communicate and follow-up with clients, in house architects and stakeholders to ease the project
• Timely report to sales and collection data to the accounting department
• Manage the projects by preparing the business development budget and continually track expenses
• Drafts and executes letter of intent, contract to sell, contract amendments, quitclaims, and deeds
• Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree holder
• At least 3 years of experience in sales in a real estate industry
• Experience in housing developer or broker is a plus
