The Manawatū Community Trust is a Council Controlled Organisation providing affordable housing to a range of tenants that is modern, healthy and sustainable. We’re looking for a Tenancy and Wellbeing Officer to work with the MCT team to provide insight and information (key ingredients) to support tenant and wellbeing services, and support management decision-making – all of the good stuff!

As Tenancy and Wellbeing Officer, you will be based in our Feilding office. Your core focus is on building positive, trust-based relationships with tenants. You’ll also be interacting with the MCT team, tenant whanau and support providers.

This role is absolutely vital to our organisation as you are the central link to ensure the team are supported and empowered to continue providing important services and information to our community.
