Job description
• Leads packaging development related R&D projects (New Product Development, Relaunch, Savings, Packaging Design related quality complaints and Sustainability) end to end
• Works collaboratively with R&D team, Supply Units, Head Office, Customers and Packaging suppliers
• Plans and conducts packaging line trials, aligns with the stakeholders and reports.
• Initiates packaging related saving and sustainability projects and takes the lead to align on the timeline and carries out the technical risk analysis where applied
• Actively works on the available packaging documentation for excellence in design
• Completes technical specifications and food compatibility documents of new packaging materials
• Controls and validates technical drawings in artworks via system
• Accountable for packaging specifications, palletisation design and packaging-product fit

Desired Skills-Experience
• University degree in Food or Chemistry Engineering, / Msc. Is a plus
