Responsibilities
• Prepare policies and procedures for all Syspro/System Modules.
• Prepares Weekly Syspro reports to all HOD and Management.
• Offer backups support to all Syspro system users.
• Training of system users and data entries on Syspro Modules and new system users.
• Advise the business on process improvements, new technologies, innovations, and products.
• Perform assigned tasks to support the company meet its objectives and targets.
• Prepare policies and procedures for all Syspro /System Modules.
• Monitor the JOBs and process through system at operational level.
• Guiding and monitoring the front-line team at operational level
• Focus on new implements like MOM, MRP, Sales process.
• Monitoring system with 360-degree views and adding the value addition to operation through system process.
• Eliminate the process gaps in line with Syspro.
• Preform any other system duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.
