• Lead and supervise a team of customer service representatives in a travel account
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to ensure high performance and productivity
• Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve targets and goals
• Conduct regular team meetings and coaching sessions to address performance issues and provide feedback
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement process improvements and best practices
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of Team Lead experience in a travel account or similar industry
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, shifting work environment
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in travel account operations
