As a Legal Counsel, you’ll:
• Create, review, and improve various internal legal documents like terms and conditions, insurance documentation, business partnership contracts and licensing agreements
• Make sure all company policies comply with jurisdiction-dependent laws and rules
• Provide legal advice on a variety of issues that the company may face
• Handle legal matters related to intellectual property, employment, privacy, and corporate governance.
• Stay up to date on changes in the laws that might affect the company
• Help with keeping data private and adhering to GDPR and other privacy laws
