Lucan District Credit Union is seeking a Member Services Representative to join our team.

This is a full-time, permanent role, subject to the successful completion of a probationary period.

Ideally the applicant should have the following:

• At least two years’ experience working in a similar role in a financial services institution.

• PC literacy and proficiency in MS Office

• Excellent communication skills

• Flexibility – evening and weekend work may be involved

• Fluency in spoken and written English essential

• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

• Hold a relevant qualification e.g. CUA, QFA, Pathways Certificate/Diploma or be willing to undertake the credit union exams in a timely manner.
