Keys Overview:
• The Safety specialist plays a key to establish and maintain the health and safety of all people on site. This will be achieved through the monitoring and evaluating health and safety conditions on site, assuring compliance to KAVX Health Safety and Environmental Standards and Thai Safety and Health Regulations.
• The position is accountable for the development and implementation of the site EHS management system and following the Plan, Do Check & Act (PDCA) process for managing significant risks on site. The position ensures that all the site EHS reporting is accurate and complete, site’s annual EHS communication, coaching , monitoring to awareness and training programs are delivered as per the plan.
• The role is also responsible for providing a consultation role to all functional and people leaders on KAVX site to help them manage safety risks and ensure site EHS compliance.
