Succesful Candidate will undergo a Manager Development program. The program is designed to develop a winning Unit Managers and will focus on honing leadership and Management skills thru coaching and mentoring session.

During the program, he/she will undergo extensive trainings to equip you with entrepreneurial skills that will help you build your team.

Job responsibilities:
• Recruit, Train and Develop a team of Financial Advisors
• Conduct Career Orientation Program for potential recruits
• Attend and complete all the required trainings both for advisors and leaders
• Attend business review and monthly branch assembly
• Submit weekly accomplishment report and structured work week
• Present business plan and execute company startegies
• Ensure compliance to all company and industry regulations

Qualifications;
• 30 to 45years old
• Bachelor's degree holder
