What We Offer:
• Work Schedule: 40 hours per week with 2 days off
• Compensation: Free room and board plus €180 monthly pocket money
• Internship Duration: Minimum of 1 month
• Start Date: Immediate starts available; flexible start dates

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer relationships and enhance guest satisfaction
• Support VIP guests, manage incentive groups, and conduct hotel tours
• Address and resolve guest complaints in collaboration with travel agencies
• Greet guests warmly at both the reception area and the entrance of the hotel restaurant
• Assist in the translation and analysis of guest feedback forms
