The S-W-E-P office is located on the island Tenerife. We are organizing exclusive hotel internships on the Canary Islands, Spain, Mallorca, Ibiza, Malta, the Greek Islands and Costa Rica.

Your tasks
• Assisting the manager in daily tasks and helping to develop new marketing strategies
• Recruiting interns and being a supporting contact person for them, answering their emails and attending them via WhatsApp
• Digital marketing, creating visual content, blogging and managing social media accounts
• Ensuring a good relationship with our clients
• Setting up and controlling placement agreements, certificates as well as preparing Erasmus documents
• Controlling of insurance documents
• Organising language courses for our clients
• Creating content for the S-W-E-P website as well as for the news blog
• Preparing ads for vacant practical training positions and place them online on job boards
• Conducting recruitment marketing in different languages
