The Strategic Fuel Fund Association (SFF), a subsidiary of the Central Energy Fund (CEF), manages crude oil storage facilities in the Western Cape, and environmental protection against oil pollution.

SFF currently seeks to employ a MAINTENANCE MANAGER in Saldanha, Cape Town Western Cape.

Responsibilities

· An excellent opportunity exists within the petrochemical industry for a maintenance Engineer for the Saldanha bay Crude Oil Storage facilities. The successful candidate will be based in Saldanha bay.

· The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day management and direction of the maintenance team.

· Budgetary control and project management capabilities

· Maintenance of the plant infrastructure and equipment in the terminal Maintenance Department and will be appointed as a competent person under the OSHAT,

· Ensuring rapid response to breakdowns

· Develop improved work practices.

· Ensure that plant machinery and equipment run smoothly and reliably.
