Reference: DBN002486-LP-1A leading global company in the fuel, oil, and gas industry is seeking an experienced Finance and Admin Clerk to join their team. This role is pivotal in managing and maintaining financial accounts and records, specifically focusing on the company's outstanding receivables.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Controlling debtors, do follow ups on payments, reminding about overdue payments.
Processing customer tax invoices on customer accounts.
Email customer invoices once it has been processed and checked.
Updating payments on debtor’s sheet.
Attending to customer requests and queries.
Opening new accounts
Clearing forex funds.
Emailing customer statements according to terms.
Compiling refund request documents.
Experience handling the entire debtor’s function (from invoicing, sending statements, managing debtors accounts, to collection)
Collection of debt/following up with customers
A confident personality
Excel proficient
