Our client in Robertson is seeking to recruit a competent, committed, self-motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our team in the abovementioned position. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of department that includes but not limited to efficiency, productivity, staff, equipment, hygiene, health & safety and compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform Supervisory responsibilities complying with organizations policies and applicable laws.
• Plan, assign and direct work team members/Daily pack plan.
• Monitoring and analysing volumes and throughput vs capacity.
• Verifying stocks and investigating delays.
• Managing the volumes of fruit.
• Computing the quantities, qualities and types of materials required by production programmes.
• Monitoring and evaluating service delivery of suppliers.
• Controlling expenditure and ensuring the efficient use of resources.
• Controlling chemical stock and overseeing the mixture thereof.
