Introduction

Our client in the Agricultural Industry - Robertson, has a vacancy for a Quality and Compliance Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the departement and includes the efficiency, productivity, staff, equipment, hygiene, health & safety and compliance. Maintaining and improving all quality, compliance, health & safety, environmental and ethical systems within the packhouse.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform Supervisory responsibilities complying with organizations policies and applicable laws.
• Plan, assign and direct work team members.
• Determine and drives strategic direction for department.
• Accountable for the day to day decision-making in operations as it pertains to the department efficiencies, cost and risk.
