We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Deskside Support (DSS) engineer with good knowledge of IT infrastructure to provide desktop support to end users. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key to working successfully with IT management, the IT back-office support teams and end users. In addition, they will participate in projects and execution of relevant workstreams. The role is critical in ensuring uptime of the business and enabling end users to function optimally within the IT environment.
