Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate mental health status and identify needs.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques to ensure patient and staff safety.
