(Between Caledon and Hermanus) (Location of project is on a farm with a dirt road) About the role: The Principal drives learner achievement by leading a team of staff to prepare learners for the next
educational phase through a holistic developmental approach. The Principal sets the vision for learner
achievement and leads staff, families and the greater community to fulfil that vision. The Principal
collaborates with the Chief Operations Officer, Senior Management and Programme Managers to
