QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Electrical or Mechanical Trade qualification

• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position

• Advanced mechanical, electrical, tribology system experience including fault finding.

• Medium Voltage exposure will be advantageous.

• Proficient in MS office including Projects.

• Proficient in Quick Easy

• Strong leadership and management qualities

• Excellent communication skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Management of corrective and preventative maintenance and optimisation of mechanical and electrical equipment and systems.

• Ensuring unplanned and planned shutdowns cost, time and quality targets are achieved.

• Manage maintenance weekly expenses and to generate orders thereof.

• Timeous, accurate and relevant maintenance information systems are developed, implemented, and maintained.

• Preventative maintenance plans are executed.

• Active continuous improvement plans to be developed and implemented.
