For our Regional Service Team in North Europe, we are currently looking for a Field Service Planner.

As a Field Service Planner, you are responsible for analyzing demand and supply for Field Service, creation and coordination of mid- and long-term capacity planning and identification of potential problems. The Field Service Demand Planner formulates and implements improvements and motivates relevant stakeholders to implement these improvements.

Main tasks:
• The planning of Service Jobs and installations within the Customer Centre in close collaboration with the Global Field Service Planners
• Executing the Master Scheduling Planning process for Field Service in North Europe.
• Delivery and execution of our Monthly S&OP process.
• Providing an up-to-date overview of planned/available Field Service Engineer hours/capacity
