The HR Compliance Specialist is responsible for the management and administration of all human resources compliance related programs, including, but not limited to HR policies and procedures, external reporting, training, and state and federal legislative adherence.

The role will ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures by delivering exceptional resources and tools to educate staff, streamline, and increase compliance with HR policies and procedures across the organization.

The HR Compliance Specialist will serve as the expert on all compliance-related matters.
