Sales Representative

As a sales and customer service representative, you will assist Canada's largest telecommunication company clients by answering their questions related to their existing products and services as well as promoting additional services to meet their needs. This is the ideal position for anyone with excellent sales skills who is motivated to achieve results and enjoys interacting with people!

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:
• Respond to customer requests related to television, Internet, and telephone products.
• Process change requests, move orders, and identify opportunities for cross-selling of Mobility, Satellite, and Wireless Home Internet.
• Promote complementary solutions according to customer's needs and habits.
• When required, transfer the client to the most appropriate department regarding their demand.
• Availability to work in the following time-slots or Graveyard and shifting schedule.
• Monday to Friday 8PM to 8AM.
