Aasted is looking for a skilled and experienced in-house lawyer with a strong commercial mindset to join our Legal Department. If you have a background in compliance and general legal advice from an international company and see yourself working in a fast-moving environment where decisions are made daily, then the new position as Legal Counsel could be the right one for you.

Your Primary Tasks

We are looking for a solution-oriented Legal Counsel, who will work with a wide variety of tasks, however your primary tasks will be to strength the compliance setup within fields as sanctions, anti-bribery, anti-trust and other business ethics.

Moreover, your tasks can include;
• Support Aasted’s strategy in gaining international growth, which can include international set up, M&A activities and employment related issues.
• Company housekeeping
• Support our sales and procurement departments developing the best contractual basis and negotiate terms and conditions.
