Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for leading and developing the department’s 10 employees fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. You will become the key person in ensuring successful management and delivery from BIBS’ warehouses globally, and you will be responsible for optimizing performance, costs, and capacity in accordance with the overall business strategy. This extends from daily management of the warehouse in Farum to strategic collaboration with sales, quality, supply chain, and finance to ensure timely delivery and quality.
