With a focus of being the IT “go-to-person” you will supervise and assist the employees at Demant with small and more advanced IT troubleshooting tasks on hardware and software/applications.

• 1st level support
• Ownership of requests – incidents & Requests belong to “Demant Ballerup Service Desk” Remedy group. Ensure sufficient information (category, priority, due date etc.).
