Actively participate in the development of our high-end Lucrin department, located in our factory in Ubrique. A city globally renowned for its expertise in leather goods.

Your central role as the manager of a small production unit that masterfully executes high-end manual manufacturing techniques is to perpetuate this tradition and craftsmanship through the delivery of exceptional leather goods to our most discerning customers.

Manage, organize, and efficiently plan the production and cleaning activities of the plant, working in coordination with other departments within the established quality, timing, and budget parameters. Develop production strategies and optimize procedures. Balance plant resources to manufacture goods for the company.

Will report directly to the Managament Board of Lucrin Spain S.L. and to the Design Management Board of Lucrin SA.
