General Manager is expected to oversee the operational elements of the warehouse and distribution operation through the effective and pro-active management of all associated resources in Somalia.

Position Requirements
• Significant experience in a senior management role
• Direct dealings with the customer
• General Management experience in FMCG/Distribution
• Delivery of financial targets over a year
• In addition, you must have the following:
• Exceptional drive and energy
• Leadership skills
• Ability to communicate at all levels, including strong persuasive and influencing ability
• Presentation skills
• Commercial acumen, with a strong focus on customer service
• Ability to manage and drive change – good PR skills
• Vision – able to balance daily operations with long term strategy
• Computer literacy
