Position description:

Reporting directly to the Plant Production Manager, your role consists to identify and implement action plans to achieve the safety, quality, productivity and turnaround goals of the paper machine for which you are responsible.

As experienced manager, your authority of competence combined with your leadership enables you to engage your team, develop employees’ skills, manage the production in your technical scope of responsibilities, find and implement effective solutions in case of malfunctions.

Main responsibilities:
• Implement the machine production plan and provide the necessary optimizations.
• Contribute to the development of papers to meet customer requirements (innovation and diversification projects of paper types produced on the machine)
• Propose improvements in safety, quality, productivity (waste and downtime), waste reduction and water consumption
