We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager with exceptional intellectual capabilities and a passion for problem-solving. This role is not about hard selling; it's about being a knowledgeable evangelist for our innovative solutions in the world of industrial automation. Your key responsibilities are:
• Engage with key decision-makers like Principle Engineers and Directors of Engineering in large manufacturing companies, presenting the unique value of SDA’s solutions.
• Understand and empathize with the challenges faced in PLC environments and articulate how SDA can alleviate these pain points.
• Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients, focusing on long-term partnership building rather than short-term sales.
• Collaborate with technical teams to tailor presentations and demonstrations that resonate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
