The Position

We are looking for result-oriented, Sales Force Manager (SFM) with excellent selling, negotiation, team management, time-management, and organizational skills. The SFM can expect to work closely with the Regional Business Manager (RBM) to recruit and manage a team of independent sales agents also called Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs) to achieve set targets.

This role is based in Koforidua, Eastern Region

Responsibilities Include:
• Maintain 25 active Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs)
• Identify and recruit suitable direct sales reps (DSR) for the assigned area.
• Identify and retain well performing DSRs
• Manage, direct and train DSRs; Train DSRs on products, processes and behavior
• Lead field training
• Achieve Connect Customer Activation targets
• Maximize sales through effective execution of sales strategy, coaching/training of DSR and leadership
• Maximize repayment rate of sales, by training DSR and nurturing customer relationship
