Purpose Of The Job

Our client, a well-established Dealership, urgently requires an experienced Workshop Manager with current experience, to work with their dynamic team in the Edenvale area. The candidate should be a strong-minded individual that can handle a pressurized environment, the dealership culture requires a Team player that is always willing to give more than expected. Duties:
• To manage and operate the Service Department
• To ensure that quality service at a reasonable cost is offered to customers while maintaining a profitable operation.
• Supervise and Manage department,
• Establish financial and operational objectives, and prepare monthly forecast,
• Control performance quality of departmental. (Daily operating control, efficiency and productivity control, warranty report, telephone survey)
• Establish job description and keep up to-date.
