Introduction

As a Junior Business Analyst / Digital Specialist, you would be required to have an understanding of the Digital Climate, and how this can support different business processes within CCI. As a specialist specifically you would be supporting with various different functions, starting off with supporting some of our Human Capital elements. Having an understanding various HRMS solutions such as Sage / Oracle / Workday, or CRM solutions such as SAP would be key to developing and maintaining our Digital solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Understanding existing digital solutions – Sage / Digital Register / LMS / CRM’s / ERP’s.
• Reviewing and supporting with improvements on existing business processes, within these solutions
• Support with the creation of solution proposals that positively impact upon overall business goals of clients and prospective clients
