.Ensure the highest level of quality service for patients who are under the care of the team you manage.
- Motivate staff to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Keep accurate records of patient care and staff schedules.
- Daily rounds to all floors and wards at least 4-5 times each day.
- Taking care of Patient requirements and fulfill the same related to service.
- Feed back and Reviews to be taken for each patient.
- Smooth communication with patients and their Attenders.
- Maintain Patient track record and follow up.
• *Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
