As a Claims Processor, you will play a pivotal role in managing claims files and ensuring a seamless experience for customers, dealer partners, and repairers.

What You'll Be Doing
• Taking charge of the management of claims files in mechanical breakdown contracts according to subscriptions taken out and in compliance with internal procedures defined by our client.
• Checking and processing warranty claims files, providing the highest level of service to customers, dealer partners, and repairers.
• Managing technical relationships with main dealer workshops and repairers, informing and managing customer and repairer communications.
• Registering any forms of dissatisfaction or complaints, ensuring a prompt resolution.
