Reed Education are currently working in partnership with an Outstanding Special School in Wilmslow to recruit for a School Caretaker.

Day to Day of the Role:

Key holding and managing the opening or closing of the school building.

Performing cleaning, repairs, and maintenance to improve the school facilities and grounds.

Working under the guidance of our Site Maintenance Manager to ensure operational excellence.

Engaging in a variety of hands-on tasks that require practical skills and a proactive approach.

Operating both independently and collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Knowledge and previous experience in a trade or excellent DIY skills.

Energetic, motivated, and hardworking with a hands-on approach to tasks.

Good sense of humour, enthusiasm, and a positive approach to work.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work split shifts and adapt to the needs of the school.
