JOB PURPOSE:

Ensure that all the production machines in Packaging area are working with high performance and in good conditions by implementing the preventive and corrective maintenance plan on time and ensure the availability of the most required spare parts in the engineering stores.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Preparing the annual preventive maintenance plan by coordinating with production, Quality, and planning department.

Supervising the execution of preventive maintenance actions.

Supervising the execution of the corrective actions to minimize machines’ / utilities equipment stoppages.

Training of mechanical /electrical technicians on the assigned area’s machines and equipment.

Ensuring recording of the technical breakdowns in log books for all machines / utilities equipment.
